This class will incorporate gentle seated, kneeling, reclined, and standing Asanas (poses) that will nourish your body, slow your breath, and calm your mind while giving you a lovely full-body stretch. This is a beautiful class for those who enjoy a slow, mindful pace. Meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness will be woven into our Gentle Hatha Class.
Location: In-studio classes will be held at Plass, a community space for the artistic community. Plass is located on the upper level of Park Drive Church at 6570 Park Drive, Oliver.
From the parking lot, enter through the front doors of the building. Stay to the right and you will see a doorway with a set of stairs. Go up the stairs and turn right down the hallway. Our studio space is at the end of the hallway.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for class. If you arrive late for class, the doors will be locked and I won't be able to hear your knocking.
Currently, in-person classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure Covid Safety Protocol.
Please bring your own mat and any props you might need to class.
