Join Amy Sztupovszky for a 4-week series designed specifically to support your prenatal journey. Each session is 75 minutes long.
Together we will explore the yogic tools that can help you through your pregnancy, labour, and delivery.
Self Awareness: All benefits begin with self-awareness. It can be challenging to be pregnant in this day and age, when many parents continue working until very close to their due date. Prenatal Yoga classes offer a forum for a parent-to-be to turn their attention onto themselves and their baby and discover sensations, thoughts, and feelings in a safe and welcoming space.
Physical Relaxation, Strength, and Ease: Every person will have their own unique pregnancy experience but, for most, pregnancy will bring discomfort at some stage. Prenatal yoga offers skills and practices to relieve discomfort, while maintaining strength and deepening our capacity for relaxation and ease, both in stillness and in motion.
Breath Awareness and Oxygenation: More oxygen is needed in pregnancy and, as our body changes with the growth of our baby, breathing deeply and effectively can become more challenging. Yoga offers practices to bring awareness to body and breath. By increasing the depth of inhalation and the fullness of exhalation, we improve the quality of our breath and increase gaseous exchange in the body. When we improve the quality of our breath, we improve the functioning of mind and body, both for the mother and baby.
Body Awareness and Birthing: Giving birth is an experience that is unique to each person. Learning techniques to consciously relax the muscles involved in the birthing process, learning vocal toning, learning options for birth positions, and learning how to use the breath in labour and delivery, can help you feel empowered and improve your birth experience.
Mindfulness and Mental Preparation :
Prenatal Yoga offers practices to support us in deepening our capacity to be present, in preparation for parenthood (and life, in general!). Meditation and mindfulness practices also help us prepare for the birthing experience.
Connection to Self, Baby, and Community: Prenatal Yoga provides a place where we can connect with our own bodies and minds, our babies and others who understand the complexity, challenges, hopes, dreams, and fears that we may encounter as we move through pregnancy and prepare for childbirth and parenthood.
This series is suitable for all skill levels, and each stage of pregnancy, however, please consult with your doctor before beginning any new forms of exercise.

These classes are meditation in motion to help people recognize Kundalini energy through breathing and movement. We stimulate the dormant energy located at the base of the spine realizing our challenges. Continuing a process of cleansing to release negative ideas from any other experiences that don’t allow us to live in balance with our present. Creating awareness, we connect with our willpower to synchronize our feelings and body while the energy flows upwards towards the Pituitary Gland transforming and evolving in resonance with our heart. The flow of oxygen is a charge of energy that will rise, and bloom while the breath and the movement create the necessary force to wake Kundalini, feeling clear as a crystal.

We will have all the aspects of a "regular" yoga class, but this offering might include exploring a tidbit of yoga philosophy, the mythological story behind a pose, a discussion on alignment with the possibility of personal assistance in a pose, or something else related to learning from and growing in our spiritual practice.
Each offering will end with breathwork and silent meditation.
This is a time to deepen your practice and knowledge. Questions are encouraged!
You can check socials the day before class and you might see a preview of Sunday's topic.
Join Amy, Amrika, and Nicole for an evening of raising our voices in love.
Kirtan is from the Bhakti Yoga tradition, the yoga of love. We come together in community to sing, chant, and raise our voices to praise the divinity in all things.
In Kirtan, there are no performers, no audience, no expectations. We don't sing to sound good, we sing to feel good. It is an opportunity for all voices to be heard and celebrated. It is medicine for the soul.
Experience an evening of belonging, of joy, and of connecting to the power of love with a group of like-minded humans.

Glad you asked:
This might surprise you but, part of what makes up Mindset Matters…
Is that you try it on like trying on different outfits. It's because it feels like you & you align yourself with that feeling… be like the superstar you are walking your own red carpet of life, OWNING IT!!!
(This workshop training began with my own mindset training with a therapist in my 20’s. Now at 42, 98% of my thoughts are supportive, creative thoughts. I know motivation is something ‘I do’ NOT how I'm feeling & I have many tools in my tools box where I can pull out for whichever one aligns best with the support I need in the moment & you can too)
The Mindset Matters Workshop is for you if…

Embark on a transformative musical exploration with Shell and Anton as they guide you through the ancient Yogic practice of Kirtan. This immersive experience delves into centuries-old techniques aimed at nurturing a tranquil heart and fostering a serene meditative state.
Kirtan, an artful fusion of call-and-response mantra repetition and live music, becomes a powerful medium under Shell and Anton's expertise. The benefits – physically, mentally, emotionally – are profound.” (Hatha Yoga: The Hidden Language, p. 221)

What is Qigong?
You have most likely heard of Tai Chi, and seen groups of people partaking in beautiful, slow, synchronized movements in various parks around the world. Well did you know the art of Qigong actually gave birth to Tai Chi?
Tai Chi (Taijiquan) evolved from Qigong, incorporating its principles of breath, movement, and energy cultivation into a structured martial art. Qigong, which dates back thousands of years, focuses on cultivating life force energy (Qi) through simple yet profound movements, breathing techniques, and moving meditation (stillness in motion).
On a more practical level, each class begins with a conscious entry into practice, a connection to Qi through sensation and breath, as we transition into our form. Qigong believes in passive release, using the body and breath to unwind tension. My teacher says “Stay Floppy.” A qigong class will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and at peace. So bring an open mind, an open heart, and get ready to play and learn something new.
These classes will incorporate a fun, lighthearted atmosphere and will challenge you with staying present in the body and regaining coordination through slow subtle movements. Qigong is considered an embodied movement practice.
Your facilitator for this class is Ravi.
The Tai Li Fa is an embodied prayer practice. What is embodied prayer? I’m glad you asked, embodied prayer means using your body as a vessel for prayer or devotion, sometimes with words, most times without words and with an intention. This is a powerful transformative practice as well as a complete qigong form that gently stretches your whole body from head to toe. The whole form takes roughly 5 minutes to complete so it is a really good tool in the toolbelt for quick emotional regulation practices throughout the day.
Week 1: Learn Shapes
In week one we will learn the shapes of the Tai Li Fa form. This is like learning the letters of the alphabet before we fill in the shapes with subtlety, nuance, visualization, and meaning. Every class will start with a 10-15 minute warm-up and connection to Qi as we move into our practice of the form. This week we will focus on the physical body and “learning the alphabet.”
Week 2: De Qi
This week we are learning the De Qi flow. This short flow is a foundational exercise to feel Qi sensations as “qualities of aliveness”. Have you ever felt a tangible connection to Qi? This flow gets us out of our thinking brain and into our feeling brain (left brain to right brain). We start by learning to feel Qi sensations in our hands as they are meant to feel, and then we slowly start to feel the aliveness in the rest of the body. The De Qi flow will be our warm-up and we will go into our Tai Li Fa practice, refining our understanding of the shapes of the form.
Week 3: Presenting an Offering/Receiving a Blessing
Communion with something greater than ourselves comes across in many ways. Since ancient times we would give offerings as an affirmation that there is something greater out there that would provide us assistance if we asked wholeheartedly. Reciprocity and exchange are prevalent across all Indigenous cultures all over the world. This week we incorporate making an offering and receiving a blessing in our Tai Li Fa form.
Week 4: Imitating Nature and Progressive Relaxation
In our modern world, many of us feel disconnected from the natural world. We spend way too much time in our houses, in cubicles, and in other artificial or man-made environments, away from nature where we spent 98% of our history. In our practice we call on the natural world through imitation, imitating animals, seasons, and other elements of nature. As we imitate nature we invite the feeling of the natural world us. A healing medicine for modern times.
Week 5: Connection to the Sacred
What does Sacred mean to you? Does it invoke the idea of a certain figure like Jesus, or Buddha, or Mother Mary? Is it a thought? A belief? A Feeling? Perhaps it is something entirely different? This week we look at the meaning of what is sacred to us. We learn to connect to the sacred as a felt sense experience and bring that experience into our embodied practice, merging a simple form into a profound healing practice. This is a gift from my heart to yours. May you connect to your sacred practice and allow it to transform you in ways that are unimaginable.

Healing happens when humans gather in circle: this is ancient human technology. A gathering with others who are doing personal growth work. This work, trauma healing, is for everyone. Across cultures, we all come from medicine people at our roots, humans who knew how to live off the land, work in harmony with nature and were deeply connected to their local community. We are ill because we don’t know how to do those very human things that keep us well and connected.
But you have a spark, a spark of desire. This season we celebrate you, cycle breakers. You have a drive to know better, do better, be better. If you are a cycle breaker, you wanted to be the REAL you, you drew boundaries, you spoke truth, you release trapped emotions, you processed generational pain, you healed old wounds, and you consciously choose to respond to life differently than your predecessors.
You both feel fear and are fearless. You have “seen” the work and done it, resisted it, circled back. It's hard! And yet…. you keep going. Because that is the path of the cycle breaker.
Carefully curated healing modalities + offerings include:
Sit with us, and honour both the dark and the light of the journey of cycle breaking. Sit with us for the letting go ceremony, and to celebrate how far you've come.

Asteya, one of the five Yamas in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, is commonly translated as “non-stealing.” But beyond the obvious, Asteya invites us to look deeply at the many subtle ways we take—time, attention, energy, credit, or resources that aren’t ours to claim.
This principle asks:
In this interactive 2-hour experience, we’ll explore how Asteya can transform your inner world and your relationships. Through discussion, reflection, and meditation, you’ll learn how to:
- Recognize the less obvious ways “stealing” shows up in daily life
- Reconnect with a mindset of abundance and trust
- Release habits rooted in fear, comparison, or scarcity
- Practice Asteya through embodied exercises and journaling
- Create space for generosity, self-trust, and authentic living
Whether you're new to yoga philosophy or revisiting the Yamas with fresh eyes, this workshop offers a chance to reflect deeply—and walk away with practical tools for a more conscious life.
