How to Meditate

Have you always wanted to meditate but don't know how?

Do you feel like your mind is too busy to meditate?

In this two-hour workshop, we will explore the concept of meditation through the yogic perspective.

  • What is meditation?
  • What are common misconceptions about meditation?
  • What are we trying to accomplish when we meditate?
  • What are some common meditation "anchors"?

The format of this class will be a discussion/lecture style with a short meditation if time permits.

Investment $40 or three credits from your pass.
