Breathe, Meditate, Vinyasa Flow

Come & indulge in this trifecta that is one of Kelsey’s favourite classes to teach! Combining meditation, breathwork & Vinyasa Flow movement is an empowering experience that will leave you feeling better than you did before body, mind & soul! In this class you will be guided through a unique healing meditation, a circular breathwork practice to release toxins from the body & open clarity in your mind. You will then be led through a Vinyasa Flow practice where your breath, postures, movement & mindset will align with your unique frequency of authenticity!

In Kelsey’s classes you can expect high vibes & teachings that will move you in a way that honours your body, your current ability & continuously creates a mindset that will enhance the quality of your life sticking with you long after you’ve left her class!
