Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow might start with a short meditation and pranayama (breathwork) to help us arrive on our mat in a state of presence. We’ll then enjoy a gentle warm-up to awaken the body before moving into an energetic flow, exploring the connection between the body, mind, and breath. We’ll add in a pose to challenge our balance (option to use the wall as a prop) and then bring our movements down to the mat in nourishing seated and reclined Asanas (poses).

You'll find a variety of challenging poses and flows in this class and will be offered variations to suit your own body.
