Mindset & Hatha Flow

Mindset & Hatha Flow is an empowering combination of practices that will enhance the quality of your life! Kelsey will guide you to ground yourself into the present moment, integrate breathwork & movements that support your body to be in optimal alignment, all while increasing your mental wellness. In this class expect to hold some poses for longer periods of time, and be led through an energetic flow that explores the connection between body, mind and breath.

During your yoga practice Kelsey will be leading you through mindfulness techniques that encourage a healthy mindset and will leave you feeling better than you did before! Kelsey’s motto is: “better & better,” because with each life experience you have the opportunity to learn & grow. As Jim Kwik says, “there’s no such thing as failure, only failure to learn.” So let's turn each of your experiences into resources that add to the value of your life!
