Gentle Hatha

This class will incorporate gentle seated, kneeling, reclined, and standing Asanas (poses) that will nourish your body, slow your breath, and calm your mind while giving you a lovely full-body stretch. This offering is designed to support nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and increase mindful awareness.
