Rest and Rejuvenate, Mini-Retreat

Join Amy for some self-care as we turn down the nervous system towards a state of relaxation and rejuvenation. Explore the radical act of showing up for yourself.

In this 2.5 hour offering, we will explore:

  • Grounding
  • Asana (The physical yoga practice of pose and movement)
  • Pranayama (Breathwork)
  • Yoga Nidra (Guided relaxation bringing you to the awareness between waking and sleeping)
  • Sound Journeying (Experiencing the sound and vibration of instruments chosen for their vibrational healing qualities such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, frame drum, chimes, etc)

It will be an experience of soul-soothing and reconnection with Self.

All abilities and experience levels are welcome and encouraged.

Investment: $40 plus GST ($42) OR 3 class credits from your pass.
