
This 5-week yoga series with Amy is designed for students who are new to yoga, have some experience, or have completed a beginner yoga series and are ready to deepen their practice at a supportive, slow-paced rhythm. Each class offers mindful sequencing and a slow flow that allows time to explore alignment, breath, and body awareness.
You’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance while refining familiar poses to fit your body. Emphasis is placed on moving with awareness, honouring your body, and developing consistency and confidence on the mat.
