Chair yoga is a gentle yoga that is done with the support of a chair. Poses might be done while sitting on the chair or standing beside the chair and using the chair for support and balance if mobility allows for standing. While there are opportunities to stand, the class is designed for those who would like to stay seated. Poses will be done slowly, mindfully, and with plenty of options so you can find what works well for you!
Our time together will include Asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a workshop or series, you can do so up to 12 hours before the first class to be eligible for a refund. After that 12-hour window, no refunds are offered. No refunds or transfers for missed classes in a series.
