During our four weeks together we will go deep into understanding how yoga can help alleviate anxiety through the felt sensation practices of yoga and yoga philosophy. Each week we will explore a different yogic philosophy topic in relation to anxiety, and explore felt sensations of movement, breath, and meditation.
This will be a safe and supportive group for all.
This course is taught by Amy Sztupovszky, owner of Wild Daisy Yoga and RYT500 teacher. Amy has struggled with chronic anxiety for most of her adult life. Her passion is sharing the yogic teachings that have helped her to heal.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a workshop or series, you can do so up to 12 hours before the first class to be eligible for a refund. After that 12-hour window, no refunds are offered. No refunds or transfers for missed classes in a series.
