Mindful Hatha

In this calm and accessible practice, you'll move slowly and gracefully through a series of poses, using your breath to guide the depth of your practice.  

This class emphasizes awareness, alignment, and the mindful piece of yoga. You'll have pockets of time to linger in poses, allowing for a magical stretch and release of tension along with the ability to gain greater strength.
