Move. Breathe. Meditate.

Yoga Asanas (postures) were designed to prepare the body to meditate. This class embraces a more traditional flow of movement, breath, and meditation.

Mindfully flow through both gentle and challenging Asana with variations to suit your body. Once we have moved the Prana (energy) through our bodies through movement, we will sit for Pranayama (breathwork) to direct our Prana and calm our minds. Now, we are ready for a formal meditation practice

If you are curious about meditation and would like to learn about different meditation techniques this offering is for you!

This class is suitable for all and will be adapted with variations and explanations for whoever is present.
