Chair Yoga - Drop-In

There are a few spots available for drop-ins for the Chair Yoga series.

Chair yoga is a gentle yoga that is done with the support of a chair. Poses might be done while sitting on the chair or standing beside the chair and using the chair for support and balance if mobility allows for standing. Poses will be done slowly, mindfully, and with plenty of options so you can find what works well for you!

Our time together will include Asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation.

This class is taught by Amy Sztupovszky, owner of Wild Daisy Yoga, Pain Care Aware, RYT500 teacher.
