Vinyasa Flow is a faster paced asana practice where your breath, postures & movement will align more towards 1 breath per action. Between the different postures you will be guided to do a vinyasa. A vinyasa is when you lower your body to the floor (similar to a push up) then move into a backbend like a cobra or upward facing dog pose & then to a downward facing dog pose before moving into the next posture.
This is a faster paced class & Kelsey will be cuing you with best alignment for your body. With this, you know your body best & can choose the amount of effort that feels harmonious with your body that day!Â
