"Being held in Amy’s teachings feels like being welcomed home to yoga. A breathing way of love. As my teacher trainer and mentor, she offered knowledge that was deep-rooted, and exquisitely alive, woven together with a compassion so genuine it softened every edge of difficulty and doubt. Her inclusivity isn’t performative, it’s embodied. Every student, every body is met with reverence, curiosity, and care. In her presence, yoga feels expansive and safe all at once. What continually takes my breath away is how fully Amy LIVES yoga. Not just in asana or philosophy, but in how she listens, guides, pauses, and loves. Her passion radiates quietly and powerfully, reminding you that yoga is not something you do, but something you are. She has an extraordinary ability to see what each student uniquely needs, offering guidance that feels both precise and deeply intuitive; like being met exactly where you are, without ever being rushed to become something else. Learning from Amy has been transformative in ways that ripple far beyond the mat. She didn’t just train me to teach yoga; she mentored me into trusting my voice, honoring my skills, and teaching from the heart. Her wisdom is generous and her care is rare. I carry her teachings with me, in my practice, my teaching and most importantly my life, with immense gratitude."
