AT WILD DAISY YOGA

Hello, I'm Amy, the owner & founder of Wild Daisy Yoga.
Over the years, I've watched so many people come to yoga looking for flexibility, stress relief, or a place to catch their breath. What I've witnessed, again and again, is that the people who experience the deepest transformation are the ones who keep coming back.
They give themselves the gift of consistency and become interested in how to nurture the peace they find in a yoga class into their daily lives.
That is why I created the Wild Daisy Yoga Mentorship.
This isn't simply a membership that gives you access to classes. It's a year-long relationship with your practice, your wellbeing, and a community that will gently support you through all the seasons of life.
I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Whether you're new to yoga, deepening your practice, or searching for something that feels more sustainable than quick fixes, this mentorship is an invitation to choose yourself, again and again. If you're ready, I'd love to welcome you.

The Wild Daisy Yoga Mentorship is a year-long container for people who know that real change doesn’t come from external sources; real change comes from cultivating your own inner resilience.
This mentorship is for those who are ready to move beyond occasional self-care and into a steady, life-supporting yoga practice that nourishes the body, calms the nervous system, and integrates into everyday life.
You’re not just joining studio classes, you are joining a community of like-minded people who want to learn more about Yoga off the mat. You are gaining the lifelong tools that will allow you to navigate what life brings so that you can live life to its fullest.
You’re committing to yourself, your growth, your life. Commitment doesn't mean you're without hesitation, or fear, or worry. It means you've recognized something true calling to you, and you're ready to follow it.
You are ready to embody yoga as something you live, not something you attend.
This mentorship is for you if:
You are tired of living on autopilot, each day filled with work, chores, and caring for other people. You want more from life and are ready to invest time in your personal growth.
You crave community. Not the superficial kind that says "We should get together!" and then never make plans, but the kind of community where kindness is a guiding principle, conversations are deep, and friendships blossom.
You sense that yoga is more than just a good stretch, and you are ready to experience yoga as a way of living. You want a life that is meaningful, not just full.
You’re tired of putting yourself last on your to-do list and feeling the burnout of caring for others. You are ready to fill your own cup so that you can show up for others in a grounded, meaningful way.
You are ready to commit to consistency, not from a place of guilt or to tick another thing off your list, but because you want to be the type of person that says "YES" to your own self-care.
You want to feel rooted in yourself, even when life gets busy or uncertain, because you know that cultivating self-trust, self-worth, and self-compassion will allow you to move through your life with more ease.
You are SO ready to reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate greater patience with the people you interact with, and develop a more positive outlook on life.
An increased ability to respond instead of react in stressful situations. You'll begin to interact with your loved ones with more patience and compassion because YOU feel grounded.
Less stress and anxiety in your day-to-day life. Not because life got easier but because you are gaining the tools to cultivate mindfulness, change your thought patterns, and increase your nervous system capacity.
A deepening sense of contentment in the small moments throughout your day because you begin to invite gratitude, presence, and joy into the mundane.
Feelings of belonging to a caring community, of cultivating connection to something greater than you, and exploring a new sense of purpose that will help you KNOW that you are not alone.

Is there a specific enrollment date for this one-year mentorship?
No! Join at any time. Your one-year of dedicated practice starts when you join!
What if I need to cancel a class?
The same cancellation policy applies to all package types. You can cancel 12 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within the 12-hour window or you do not show up for class, a $5 penalty will be charged.
Do I need to sign up for classes?
Yes, you need to sign up in advance for all classes.
When will the monthly calls be held?
The calls will typically be held on the last Saturday of the month at 1pm. A recording will be made available if you cannot attend live on zoom.
What types of workshops or special offerings are eligible for the mentorship-only discount?
Examples of workshops and special offerings that will have discounts available are: the monthly Rest and Rejuvenate Mini Retreat, Release Into Yin, the seasonal half-day retreat, as well as discounts on select special guest workshops!
Are the monthly intention calls mandatory?
No! They are completely optional. They are meant to support you and your journey into yoga and are in no way mandatory. A recording will be sent to you if you cannot attend live on Zoom.
What happens during the monthly intention and call?
Each month we will explore a different theme on yoga philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, yoga practice, home practice, meditation, etc. This is a time for you to learn more about how yoga can support you through the ups, the downs, and the business of life. It will be a no-pressure, grounding, intentional 45-60(ish) minute Zoom call with Amy and the mentorship community designed to support you and your yoga journey.
If you cannot attend live, a recording of the teachings will be emailed to you.
Can I pause the mentorship?
Things happen. Sickness. Company. Vacations. The pricing of the mentorship reflects this. You only need to average 2 classes a week to make this worthwhile (not including all the bonuses!) However, if you sustain an injury or illness and your Doctor recommends that you stop doing yoga, mentorships can be paused for up to three months with a doctor's note. The pause would begin when you inform the studio of your situation and offer the note from your Doctor.
Commit to your practice.
