Yoga For Strength

This class targets strength and balance to further posture progression. It begins with a mindful arrival, followed by a gentle flow to warm the muscles. We will then use a combination of repetitive movement and extended holds to ignite the muscles and venture into the area of growth. We will have room for dialogue to promote healthy alignment and this portion of the class will feel much like a workshop at times. We will end the class with some deeper stretches and a nourishing relaxation. All levels are welcome, as variations will be provided!
