Young Yogis

Everyone aged 6-10 years is welcome to join us for a fun-filled four week series for Young Yogis at Wild Daisy Yoga.

We will be  gently exploring yoga shapes, learning calming breathwork and practicing mindful meditation in a fun and engaging environment using games, storytelling and mindfulness. 

Our 30 minute weekly seasonal themed sessions will focus on flexibility, focus and calming techniques and breathwork for emotional stress regulation.  

This will be a fun, safe and accessible environment. 

Classes are Tuesdays, October 7, 14, 21, 28 at 3:45-4:15pm

Investment: Sliding scale $60-$72 for 4 weeks

The facilitator for this series is Chantelle Biesen!

Chantelle is the founder of Bee Zen Kids Yoga, providing yoga and mindfulness tools and training for developing resilient children and youth.

Chantelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Children's Yoga Teacher (CYT); and has also trained in Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Breathwork (pranayama) and Meditation guide work. Chantelle has worked with children, youth and adults over the past 12 years in various BC communities sharing her passion of bringing happiness and peace to the lives of children through yoga and mindfulness.

Yoga and mindfulness activities are inclusive tools that reach beyond the home and classroom, focusing on empowering children with tools to accept themselves and others, regulate behaviours and develop self-confidence.
