Inversions and Arm Balance Workshop

This adventurous workshop with Kaila is dedicated to inversions and arm balances! We will take the time to break down each posture as well as offer tips and tricks for entering, maintaining, and exiting poses. You can expect to see crow pose, revolved half moon, several headstand variations, forearm balances, standing splits, flying pigeon, handstand drills, shoulder stands, and more!

This class is for practitioners looking to gain more confidence in going upside-down! We will use the wall, props, and the support of one another to ensure safety. This workshop will maintain a high-energy, supportive, and uplifting (literally) environment. At the end of the session, we will wind down with a well-deserved relaxation where we can integrate all that was done and bask in the beautiful energy of us. I look forward to seeing you there!

Please note there are some contraindications for this type of practice. Those who are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, heart condition, glaucoma, neck or spinal injury, ear infection, or sinus blockage are invited to try an alternate workshop.
