An intimate evening designed to help couples slow down, reconnect, and co-regulate in mindful presence together.

Held Together is a curated 2.5-hour couples date night experience that blends partner yoga, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness to guide partners back into connection—through the body, through shared presence, and through intentional time together.

Led by Amrika and Nephi, this offering is held with warmth, care, and authenticity. As partners in both life and practice, they create a grounded and supportive space where couples can soften, settle, and be fully with one another.

Through gentle partner movement, mindful guided touch, and restorative partnered rest, participants are guided into a felt experience of ease, trust, and connection—without pressure or performance. Couples are supported in learning how to co-regulate simply by being present together.

The extended format allows for a more spacious, unhurried experience—giving couples time to fully arrive, deepen into connection, and rest together.

The evening includes a handcrafted local chocolate meditation and tea, adding a sensory layer that deepens awareness and shared presence.

This is not a typical yoga class. It is a refined, relationship-centered experience designed for couples seeking meaningful connection, intentional time together, and a deeper sense of presence.
