
Have you always wanted to meditate but didn't know where to start? Or maybe you've tried it and just can't seem to "still the mind"? This series is for you!
Through our time together we'll discuss what meditation is, what it isn't, and how to do it.
This class will include meditation talks, some yoga Asana (movement) to prepare our bodies to sit, Pranayama (breathwork) to prepare our subtle energy, and plenty of time for formal meditation. In level one all meditations will be guided.
There will be an opportunity for a level two where we will learn more about meditation techniques you can do on your own without a guide to discover what works well for you!
This class is suitable for all.
Investment
$80 plus GST ($84) for level one.
OR $150 plus GST ($157.50) for level one and two (level two will be Sundays in October)
