Dreams are a gateway to intuition—sometimes inspiring, always mysterious and often confusing. They carry messages waiting to be opened and understood. What is my next step? What can I learn from a difficult situation? What gives my life meaning?
Awaken to the wisdom of your dreams
In dream yoga we explore how yoga is not just movement, but a path of inquiry, an unfolding mystery where the world around you speaks in metaphor.
In this workshop, you’ll bring one written dream that resonates with you.
Using subtle movement, breath, and meditation practices, I'll guide you through Swami Radha’s dream method that delves deeply into the symbolic elements of your dream to uncover their meanings and significance.
By the end of the session, you’ll receive practical, grounded takeaways that you can apply in your waking life to honour and integrate the dream’s message.
To receive the most from this workshop, write your dream as soon as you wake, capturing it before it fades. Don’t rely on memory later or in the workshop - this step is essential. We work directly with what is written, so please bring your dream record, journal, pen and yoga mat with you.
