Let's gather together for a two-night yoga camping trip to deepen our friendships, our awareness, our Yogic practice, and our community bonds.
Each morning begins with a 90-minute Yoga Asana practice on the soft grass in our group campsite. Sprinkled throughout our time together, you’ll also enjoy a meditation Satsang, silent meditation, a guided walking meditation, a deeply restful afternoon Yoga Nidra, and a nightly themed community potluck.
We will also be including plenty of free time to swim, read, lounge, meditate, walk, bike ride, or just BE!

Where: Kettle River Group Campsite (G1)
What's Included:
Your camping fees at the group site, which has a picnic shelter, two flush toilets, and running water at the dishwashing station. Warm showers are a 5-minute walk away.
Friday evening Satsang, where we will discuss Meditation and practice silent meditation.
Two morning 90-minute outdoor yoga classes
Saturday afternoon Yoga Nidra Practice
Saturday evening walking meditation practice

Amy knows firsthand the healing power that yoga has on mind, body, and spirit and views yoga as her medicine. She is passionate about sharing her love of this ancient practice to help others find the peace, joy, and self-worth that she has found through dedicated practice and study.
Amy offers supportive space for all. She believes that EVERY body is a yoga body, that if you can breathe, you can do yoga. She meets her students where they are at, inviting them to honour their bodies in every pose.
Amy is an E-RYT500, Pain Care Aware, Trauma Informed, Yin, Prenatal, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Accessible Yoga Teacher.

How many people can attend?
This will depend on if people are camping in tents or trailers, as we need to make sure there is space for everyone. I would estimate we won't have more than 20 people.
