This series is a guided practice of the conscious direction through movement, breath, and awareness. Rooted in the wisdom of Surya Shakti, each session unfolds as a meditative process, inviting stillness within movement and presence within breath. Rather than striving for physical intensity, the focus is on refinement, inner perception, and energetic balance. This practice supports clarity of mind, vitality of the body, and a deeper connection to one’s inner rhythm. The practice ultimately becomes an initiation into an intense and transformative meditative process.

This session is suitable for all levels and offers a beautiful integration of energizing movement and restorative breath.
