A blending of opposites, this class will start with a warm-up and sun salutations designed to build heat and move energy through the body. The second half of the class will be spent in Yin and Restorative yoga poses designed to calm the nervous system and move us into a state of relaxed presence.
Please have props ready for this class. Either yoga bolsters, a blanket, and a block, OR 2-3 pillows and a blanket.
