Safety Protocols for In-Studio Classes

Please help us to keep our Sangha (yogic community) safe!

Starting September 13th, all participants will be required to show their vaccine passports, as per provincial regulations.

If you have any symptoms at all, no matter how mild, please stay home.

We will be following all provincial mandates for yoga classes. Currently, we are limiting our class sizes to only 6 people so that we can maintain adequate social distance.

Please wear your mask as you enter and exit or move off of your mat. When you are on your mat, ready for your practice, you can take your mask off.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for class and give other people space as they arrive to avoid any congestion at the entrance.

Commonly touched surfaces will be disinfected between each class.

Hand sanitizer is available for use at the entrance.

Please bring your own mats and props to class whenever possible. If you do not have mats or props, we do have ones that you can borrow. All borrowed items will be sanitized after each use and/or put into quarantine if sanitizing is not possible.

Our sliding glass door will be open to allow fresh air into the room to increase ventilation as weather permits. We have also invested in a HEPA filtration unit to purify the air during our practice.

And of course, as Provincial Health Regulations change with their recommendations, we will change the protocol to match the current regulations.

Thank you for helping to protect our community!
