Yin is a type of yoga that is designed to get deep into your connective tissues. Each pose is held for between two and five minutes. All poses are done on the floor in seated or reclined positions. A great class for deep stretching, relaxation, mindfulness, and introspection.
Please have props ready for this class. Either yoga bolsters, a blanket, and a block, OR 2-3 pillows and a blanket.
