Do you or someone you love live with persistent pain? Are you curious about the science of pain and how we can influence our lived experience of pain? In this workshop, we will discuss the current understanding of pain science and how we can influence our experience of pain, but more than that, how we can live and move with greater ease and wellbeing.
Dana, a retired physical therapist, is a student of Neil Pearson. She has certified in Advanced Pain Care Yoga and has completed the 360-hour mentorship program with Neil. She is also a Pain Care Aware Trainer, teaching yoga teachers how to create safe and empowering classes for all. After all, we all experience pain at some point in our lives.
Please note, although held in a yoga studio, this workshop is not a yoga class and is open for anyone living with persistent pain as well as professionals working in the medical industry.
