This monthly two-hour workshop is for those who are looking to go beyond yoga Asana. In each workshop we will practice Kriyas (cleansing techniques), Kapalabati (cleansing breath), Analoma Viloma (a breathing technique), and meditation. We’ll then move into a 75 minute Hatha Flow and enjoy a longer Savasana (relaxation). We’ll end the class with Japa (108 rounds of chanting). This monthly workshop is a view into the yoga I do in my own home practice.
